Not just
consulting.

When we see the same unsolved problem across an entire industry, we don't wait for someone else to build the solution. We build it ourselves.

The why

Tools for
the right scale.

Our experience spans diverse domains — management systems, operational management of complex projects at international scale, process optimisation for SMEs. Different perspectives on the same problem: understanding where technology genuinely helps and where it creates friction instead.

What we've seen repeated is almost always the same. Generalist platforms — and large ERPs — are designed to satisfy everyone: every department, every industry, every possible exception. The result is a tool that covers everything on paper and adapts to nothing in the field. Too rigid to follow real processes, too complex to actually be adopted — so people find their own workarounds: local spreadsheets, personal apps, parallel processes that the company doesn't control and often doesn't even know about.

And where artisanal tools are no longer enough: emails, shared folders and Excel sheets are not a system — they're a precarious balance. They hold until they don't, and they fail precisely when you can't afford them to fail.

There is a precise space between these two extremes. It's the space where small and medium-sized businesses actually work. That's where we build.

ATLAS

Architectural Tagging, Localization & As-built System

Coming soon

Project documentation,
finally in one place.

Every project generates hundreds of photos, annotations and technical decisions. Today they live in emails, shared folders and messages — scattered between those who design, those who build and those who commission. Everyone has their own version. Nobody has the complete picture.

Atlas is born to change this for architecture firms and construction companies. A living floor plan where every element knows where it is, who documented it and what technical regulations apply. A portal where the client sees progress in real time — without a single attached file, without a single update email.

The construction project is one of the most complex working contexts that exists. It deserves a purpose-built tool — not the improbable adaptation of something else.

Atlas is the first. We are observing other industries where the same pattern repeats: oversized enterprise tools on one side, Excel sheets and chats on the other, and nobody in the middle who has built something at the right scale. If you work in one of these sectors and recognise the problem, write to us.
